Q2: Can I customize the plush toys?
A2: Yes, we offer customization services. You can provide your own designs, logos, or specific color requirements. Our team of designers and manufacturers will work closely with you to create unique plush toys that meet your exact specifications.
Q3: Need Customing plushies,what do I need to provide?
A3: Please tell us all the details of your product requirements, such as color, size, material, if you have your own design drawings we will give more accurate samples and batch production quote.
Q4: What certificate do you have?
A4: Most of our products have CE and CPC, and other certificates based on your need.
Q5: Do you offer samples? What cost?
A5: Yes, we can provide samples of our plush toys. The sample cost is usually higher than the production cost per piece. Samples allow you to see the quality and design of our products before making a large investment.
If instock plush, normally sample is 10USD. If custom plush, normally sample cost is 100USD
Q6: What is the minimum order quantity?
A6: The minimum order quantity depends on the specific product and customization requirements. For current design, small trial order is ok. For custom design, normally 500-1000pcs.However, we can also discuss smaller orders on a case-by-case basis
Q7: How long does it take to produce an order?
A7: The production time varies depending on the order quantity and complexity of the customization. On average, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks to complete an order. However, we will provide you with a more accurate production timeline once we receive your specific requirements.
